The Law of Happiness
There is another law of the universe, which states that all living beings should be happy. Think about it. If this were not so, why would we desire happiness in the first place? There is evidence all around us that we all desire happiness. Look at all of the therapists and counselors in business. How many self-help books have you seen in the last year? Why is life coaching becoming so popular? We all seek happiness. Unhappiness is going against nature's law. If we follow all the laws of the universe, happiness will come with little effort because we are allowing nature to do what is supposed to do. We can invite happiness into our lives anytime we feel the need. Let’s put it to the test.
Exercise #24: The Happiness List
Think of 10 things that make you happy recently or in the past. Write them down, read each one and allow yourself to feel the pleasure it gives you. Every time you feel sad, depressed or negative, read your happy list. This will bring those pleasurable sensations into the present.

The Law of Action
For every action there is a re-action. All actions lead it to change. If actions are well-planned, they will lead to changes. If actions are impulsive or destructive it will lead to negative consequences.
What example do you set for your friends, family, and children?
What positive traits do you possess?
Of these positive traits which ones would you like others to emulate?
What negative traits are you holding onto?
You have chosen to study spirituality. You have read some books, taken courses, but have you applied any of the lessons to your life? Has your life improved in anyway?
What actions have you completed that reflects your new spirituality?
Can you see negative events as part of your training and growth?
Think of something that has frustrated you in the past and ask yourself:
What have I learned from this?
This course is one of action. There is much to learn and many exercises to practice and as you will see, if practice on a daily basis, you will witnessed many changes for the good. In order to change, you must take action, then be willing to commit the time and energy into re-creating your life.
