For as long as I can remember, I’ve been called to the quiet places — the spaces where truth rises, where the heart softens, and where the soul finally feels safe enough to be heard.

I began this work when I was just 21 years old, long before I had the language for what I was being asked to hold. Across nearly three decades of walking beside others — through seasons of loss, expansion, awakening, and return — my path has been shaped by thousands of moments that taught me how to come home to myself again and again.

My journey has woven together intuitive healing, shamanic wisdom, spiritual remembrance, nervous system restoration, ancestral unraveling and the sacred art of listening to what lives beneath the surface.

Our work together is not about fixing you. You are not, nor have you ever been, broken.

It is about guiding you back to the parts of yourself that have been waiting — patiently — to be seen, held, honored, and reclaimed.
