What Happens

in a Reiki Session?

Every session is uniquely guided by your body and spirit.

You’ll begin by sharing any intentions, emotions, or physical sensations you’re holding. From there, you’ll rest comfortably (fully clothed, under a blanket) on a massage table, as Rebekah channels healing Reiki energy to the parts of your body, spirit, and chakra system that need it most.

You may experience:

  • Deep relaxation and calm

  • Emotional release

  • Sensations of warmth, light, or movement

  • Clarity, vision, or spiritual messages

  • A profound sense of peace and renewal

After your session, you'll receive any intuitive messages that arose, along with gentle integration guidance and recommendations to continue your healing journey.
