Align:

In asking yourself to align with your divine path, you become the conscious co-creator of your destiny. Working in harmony with mind, body, being and Universe to manifest every moment of your life.

In this profound alignment you’ll navigate a deep truth about you.

Exploring trauma, triggers, cycles of unhealthy patterns and ultimately connecting intimately with the intuitive guidance system within.

Ascend:

Ascension happens when all falls into the rhythm of you.

It also asks you to put your new education into action. There is a great asset to housing wisdom, but if it never gets put to use, what good is it?

Here, you are asked to step up and step in. To move into powerful choices, healthy boundaries, unconditional love, trust, and the intention you bring to your life, bravely.
