Why me?

Because I’m different. I’ve been where you are. I didn't wake up one day and was a healer. Life drove me to healing myself first....

My journey of self discovery started many many years ago as a means to cure myself of a chronic depression diagnosis, determined to live without the dependency of pharmaceuticals.

Life was hard - I never really fit in anywhere I went, failure after failure seemed to plague my path, relationships ended time after time, stuck in a loop of self sabotage - until one day I just had had enough! I said, “Rebekah Jolien! Where did you go gurl?!?! What do I need to do to get you back?” Then, life began to change.

One decision screamed at the top of my lunges and at the end of my wits, changed my life.

Not that everything magically became better, but I became better. I began observing myself and how I spoke to myself - the things I would say bring tears to my eyes when I think of them now. I know now, they were protecting me from .... me.

When I realized I didn't need their protection any more, that in order to be free I had to trust me, things began to change.

With every decision, every breakthrough, every breath, things began to change, and I became better.

All of the things I learned along the way are here for you. There is nothing here or anything I would ever ask of you that I have not done myself.

THIS is how I know it works, because it has worked for me and continues to do so every day.
